As a part of the 100 weekly medical camps being conducted under the umbrella of 'Sai Aarogya', the 13th medical camp was held in Boddavara Village in S.Kota mandal in Vizianagaram district on 4th March 2024. The medical camps are enabled by state-of-the-art medical van with advanced screening facilities, supported by our esteemed CSR partner GIC Housing Finance Ltd.

 

In this camp, 309 people benefited with medical screenings and other procedures, of whom, 95 consulted the general physician. While 21 women used the services of the gynecologist, 34 patients consulted the dentist. 22 used Advanced consultations like oncology. 69 were screened for ophthalmology, where 18 will be provided with Spectacles and 4 were referred for surgery. This apart, there were 19 dental fillings , 2 dental extractions and 10 dental scalings conducted. There were 4 consultations attended to by the ENT specialist and 25 by the pediatrician. Medicines prescribed were provided free of cost to the beneficiaries.
