Mahashivaratri Celebrations is always a spectacle to watch across India, and much more special in the Divine Presence of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba. Devotees from far and near throng to Sri Sathya Sai Divyaamritam on this holy occasion to witness the grand celebrations with their Lord.

 

Devotees performed a 12-hour non stop overnight Akhanda Bhajans to propitiate Lord Shiva on this holy night. This apart, Mahanyaasa Poorvaka Ekadasa Rudrabhisekam to Sai Mruthyumjaya Lingam was performed. There was a grand palanquin (Divya Pallaki) seva conducted in the streets of Sri Sanyaseswara Swami temple (where over 12,000 people were provided prasadam during the occasion of Shivaratri).

 

Post the Mahashivaratri Celebrations, a gratitude programme was conducted where some students were given gifts by Swami.
