Day 3: Commencement Of Blanket Distribution Drive

To help the needy beat the chill winter, the trust, through the blanket drive 'Sri Sathya Sai Divya Sparsha', will be reaching out to 2000 families. On the third day of the grand celebrations of Swami's Birthday, 500 blankets, as a part of the first phase, were distributed among the needy tribal and rural families in nearby villages close to Sri Sathya Sai Divyaamritam.

Day 2: Liquid Love Seva (Blood Donation Drive)

The glorious 98th Birthday Celebrations of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba started today in the divine precincts of Sri Sathya Sai Divyaamritam at Sri Sai Palle with Sri Sathya Sai Sathyanarayana Swami Vratam in the morning. More than 250 devotees took a leading part in the event. Divya Prasadam was served after the morning session.

The Global Akhanda Bhajan that reverberated Divine Names for 24 hours across the divine precincts of Sri Sathya Sai Divyaamritam starting at 6PM on Saturday, 11 Nov 2022 concluded at 6PM on Sunday, Nov 12, 2023 bestowing Bliss to all the participants. The divine event that was conducted for universal Welfare followed with delightful Divine Deepavali Celebrations at Sri Sathya Sai Divyaamritam and Prahalada Varada Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swami Temple adding colour, light and cheer to one and all.

As blessed by Bhagwan Sri Sathya Sai Baba Varu, the second weekend of November every year hosts the divine event of Global Akhanda Bhajan. With the Divine Sankalpam towards Universal welfare, the Akhanda Bhajan started at 1800 hrs which would go on to continue round the clock for 24 hours until Sunday 1800 hours.

Global Akhanda Bhajan 2023

As a part of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba 's 98th Birthday Celebrations, Global Akhanda Bhajan will be held at Sri Sathya Sai Divyaamritam at Sri Sai Palle for 24 hours continuously starting from 6PM on November 11 (Saturday) to 6PM on November 12(Sunday).

The chain of free-of-cost dialysis centers, Sai Soukhyam , is very happy to share that this month, October, about 148 free-of-cost dialysis procedures were conducted bringing relief to the needy.

Day 10: Vijayadasami- Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Kalyanam

The most auspicious Vijayadasami day dawned that would be the culmination of the holy 9 Nights or Navarathri that was grandly celebrated intertwined with Veda Purusha Saptaha Jnana Yagyam in the divine precincts of Sri Sathya Sai Divyaamritam at Sri Sai Palle.

Exactly one year back on the same day of Vijayadasami day in 2022, Prahalada Varada Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swami installed Himself as the Kshetra Palaka of Sri Sathya Sai Divyaamritam. Swami lovingly shared that He witnessed every night that Sri Narasimha Swami used to spread His protective grace on the entire project site and bestowing blessings upon all.

The 9th day celebrations of Sharannavaraatrulu dedicated to the worship of Mother Siddhidhatri commenced with the Homam coinciding with the sixth day of Veda Purusha Saptaha Jnana Yajnam. The Durga Saptapadi was followed by Sri Sai Gayatri Homam, Rudrabhishekam, Purusha Sooktam.

Creating Livelihood For The Needy

Sri Sathya Sai Trust For Universal Welfare has always worked on the twin objectives of "Serve the Needy" and "Create Livelihood".

This Navarati, on the holy day of Durgasthami, 54 women from tribal and rural needy background were gifted with sewing machines so that they can eke out a living for their families.

The worshipping of Mother Durga is believed to bring prosperity and annihilation of sufferings of those who worship at the worldly level and to bestow Her Grace on those who seek Her Guidance on the spiritual path.

The seventh day of the Navarathri, dedicated to Goddess Kaalratri aspect of Mother Durga, was celebrated with all divine auspiciousness. The divine precincts of Sri Sathya Sai Divyaamritam rose ahead of the sun as the main rituals for the day were performed enthusiastically and dedicated to the Divine Mother.

Grama Seva - Dasara Divya Mahotsavamulu

As the Dasara Divya Mahotsavamulu and Veda Purusha Saptaha Jnana Yagyam were being grandly celebrated, Mother Sai’s Love for the neighbouring 9 tribal villages around Sri Sathya Sai Divyaamritam took the form of Grama Seva.

The villagers were gifted with new clothes and Prasadam comprising sweets and pulihora.

The sixth day of the holy Navarathri celebrations dawned. The pleasant sunshine bowed down at the holy land of Sri Sathya Sai Divyaamritam as Suprabhatam and other key daily rituals for the divine Dasara celebrations were performed for the day. Aksharabhyasam was performed after this. One of the main ritwiks Sri Bhargav Sharma expressed his gratitude at the grandeur of the divine event that has been initiated by Swami for Vidwathposhana and Vedasamrakshana. The morning further had a talk by Sri Ishaan Saripalli who dwelled upon the divine names of Mother Goddess Lalitha. He provided insights on each word used to extol the Mother. Swami delivered His Divine Discourse that emphasized on the importance of Grama Seva and how His Mission also has Vidwathposhana and Vedasamrakshana as main pillars which are bound to attain divine success.

Four divine days flew past in no time! The fifth day, after the regular Suprabhatam and Nagara sankeerthan, had Ganapati pooja followed by Chaturveda parayanam. The rituals for the day such as Mandaparchana, Kalasharachana, Rudrahomam, Sourahomam, Shakti homam, Suryanamaskaramulu, Kumkumarchana, RudraAbhisekham, Sharadamba abhisekham and shodasopachara pooja took place thereby seeing up a divine atmosphere for the day. This was followed by Chandi parayanam.
